Our Policies

  Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 2-8pm. We ask  that guests confirm  their arrival time with the innkeepers, as we do not have a front desk and want to be available to welcome you. 

Check-out is 11am.


  Cancellation Policy

Reservation cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours prior to check-in. We have a $50 Cancellation Fee which will be deducted from your refund. 

Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, and charged in full.  


  Guest Policy

Children 12 years and older are welcome when accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian. Guests must be 21 to book a room. 


  Pet Policy

We do not allow pets of any kind on the premises, including Service animals.


 Venue Cancellation Policy

For room blocks and whole inn rentals, payment is due at time of booking.  There is a non-refundable 14 day cancellation window.
